Sound Knowledge on Accounting as per IFRS & Familiarity with accepted accounting principles and their application
Strong knowledge of Finance & Accounting processes.

The individual will be responsible for accounting, reporting, compliance, and reporting for AP Non-Trade for Flipkart entities.
Deliverables:-
To ensure correct accounting for Accounts Payable reporting and month-end closing
Handle internal and external audit requirements and will also ensure compliance with SoX requirements for assigned activities.
Strengthening the BS review process with more emphasis on aged balances.
While reviewing transactions, the individual should possess a strong understanding of the areas of Financial applications and accounting standards.
Ensuring accuracy of numbers with respect to accounting and analysis
Ensuring MSME compliance and interest workings.
Major Challenges:-
Up to date knowledge on the best practices in the field of Accounting.
Establishing controls, checks, and balances during the accounting process and deliver as per the accounting calendar.
Drive cross-functional initiatives which require influencing & interpersonal skills.
