Qualifications & Skills Required:-

What Monotype looking for:

Freshers with a background in Computer Science and interested in programming, system engineering, and troubleshooting

Having an understanding of Windows & Linux systems including networking concepts.

Preferred having an understanding of monitoring tools such as CloudWatch, New Relic, Pingdom, Sentry, TICK stack, etc.

Preferred having an understanding of GIT, bitbucket, or GitHub and the Features branching workflow

Preferred having an understanding of Amazon AWS (EC2, S3, CloudFront, Route53, RDS, autoscaling, ECS, Redshift)

Preferred having an understanding of emerging DevOps tools (Spinnaker, Packer, Ansible, Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins)

Understanding in Agile development environment

Strong sense of urgency and ownership over critical problem areas.

Responsibilities(You will have an opportunity to):-

MAINTAIN the business continuity by driving the opportunity of making systems highly resilient.

PROACTIVELY monitor and improve end-to-end system performance, identify bottlenecks and potential failures.

PARTICIPATE in a 24×7 rotation for production issue escalation, if needed.

LEARN leading technological stacks

PARTNER with engineering & product teams to provide highly available and reliable systems.

PARTICIPATE in configuration management, build & deployment management, and site reliability-related activities.
